Most units at SnowPine Village are available for rental year round and can be rented by the night, weekend, week or longer.
All properties at SnowPine Village are privately owned and as such differ in decorating styles and furnishings. Free high speed internet access available to all guests. All are non-smoking units. Pets are not allowed. Wood is supplied for units with wood-burning fireplaces. Charcoal grills are located at various points on the grounds and available for use by unit occupants. Picnic tables are available for Spring/Summer/Fall use. Unit occupancy not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person)
At SnowPine Village each condominium building houses 4 one bedroom units located on the ground floor.
The mid-level of each building houses four units: 2 are two-bedroom units and 2 are three-bedroom in size, each with two full baths.
The third floor units range in size from two bedroom/one bath units to three bedroom/two bath units. In each unit one of the bedrooms is located in a loft.
SnowPine Village also has Town House units available for rent.
