SnowPine Village Rentals Online
SnowPine Village units can be reserved online or by calling Holiday Valley's Central Reservation department at 716-699-2345. Prices vary based on unit size and time of year. Ski packages & golf packages are available too! Summer rentals include use of Holiday Valley's beautiful outdoor pool complex. Minimum night stay requirements must be met. Daily housekeeping is not provided.

SnowPine Village "house" rules
- Two vehicles allowed on site per unit reserved - by permit
- NO pets allowed by rental guests
- SnowPine Village is a No Smoking Association, e.g. Units, Hallways, Stairwells
- Quiet hours: 11pm - 8am
- RVs, trailers, buses, ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc. are not allowed on SnowPine Village property. Alternate parking is available nearby.
- Security personnel is on site during the winter months and patrols the area during the Spring / Summer / Fall.
- Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited.
- Free high speed internet access available to all guests - no password required!!
