The third floor houses 3 two bedroom/one bath condominiums. The main level includes the living-room, kitchen, eating area, bathroom and master bedroom. The second bedroom is a loft bedroom accessible by a spiral staircase. Bed sizes vary per unit but typically include a queen and two twins. Some have sofa-sleepers. All have a full kitchen, eating area, living-room with fireplace, deck, plus a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. Fireplaces are either gas, or wood-burning. The units omfortably sleep 4 people, and some will sleep 6.
Unit occupancy not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)
