These units are located on the third floor of each building. The first and second bedroom is located on the main floor. The third bedroom is located in a loft and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Bed sizes vary per unit but, generally include a queen and four twins. Some have sofa-sleepers. All have a full kitchen, eating area, living-room with fireplace, deck, plus a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. Fireplaces are either gas, or wood-burning. The units comfortably sleep 6 people and some units will sleep 8.
Unit occupancy not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)
