The second floor of each building houses 2 three bedroom / two bath units. Bed sizes vary per unit but typically include a queen and four twins. Some have sofa-sleepers. All have a full kitchen, eating area, living-room with fireplace, deck, plus a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. Fireplaces are either gas, or wood-burning. Most have a queen bed plus four single beds. Some have sofa-sleepers. These units comfortably sleep 6 people and some will sleep 8.
Unit occupancy not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)
