There are two different floor plans for one bedroom units at SnowPine Village. All have one bath, fireplace, cable TV, full kitchen, and common area washer/dryer. Most offer a VCR. Bed sizes vary, but typically the bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Some fireplaces are gas, some are wood-burning. Some have counter-bar eating areas; some have small tables. These units are perfect for 2 people. Some have sofa-sleepers and will sleep up to 4.
Unit occupancy not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)
